How to learn across a client portfolio without exposing data

The value of an agency portfolio is the ability to transfer learning between comparable accounts. The risk is exposing one client's data to another.

The resolution is to pool only de-identified, thresholded, derived features, never raw ads or outcomes, and to require cohort minimums before any pattern is shown.

Those pooled priors are then personalized back to each advertiser's own evidence, rather than applied blindly. Each client benefits from the portfolio without the portfolio seeing each client.
